RECOMENDACIÓN 34: Guía y retroalimentación


 

Las autoridades competentes y los OAR deben establecer directrices y ofrecer retroalimentación que ayude a las instituciones financieras y actividades y profesiones no financieras designadas en la aplicación de medidas nacionales para combatir el lavado de activos y el financiamiento del terrorismo, y, en particular, en la detección y reporte de transacciones sospechosas.
